All orders are usually shipped on the same
day you place your order or the next business day.
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground or USPS with delivery Monday-Friday.
Premium Shipping (1 Day, 2 Day, USPS Express) is offered as an option when ordering with
delivery within 1-2 days. Be aware that UPS Next Day Air sent on Friday will be delivered on Monday, UPS 2nd Day Air sent on Thursday will also be delivered on Monday; please plan accordingly.
We will do our best to ship expedited orders the same day they are placed but they may not be processed until the next business day. UPS/USPS holiday restrictions apply.
Also be aware that products shipped on ice will not be sent over the weekend.
If you need faster service or
have a preferred method of shipping such as UPS vs. USPS, please send us an
email and we will be happy to apply
whatever shipping method you would like. Or you can simply fill in any
special instructions when you place your order in the Comments section of the order form.
Please be aware that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Ground Shipping means UPS or USPS, at our discretion. If you are aware that one or the other does not deliver to your address,
it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can select the right carrier. You will
be responsible for all additional shipping costs if a re-delivery is required.
