Shipping Info

All orders are usually shipped on the same day you place your order or the next business day.  Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground or USPS with delivery Monday-Friday.  Premium Shipping (1 Day, 2 Day, USPS Express) is offered as an option when ordering with delivery within 1-2 days. Be aware that UPS Next Day Air sent on Friday will be delivered on Monday, UPS 2nd Day Air sent on Thursday will also be delivered on Monday; please plan accordingly.

If you need faster service or have a preferred method of shipping such as UPS vs. USPS, please send us an email and we will be happy to apply whatever shipping method you would like.  Or you can simply fill in any special instructions when you place your order in the Comments section of the order form. Please be aware that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

Most orders weighing over 3 lbs. and cases of fluids are shipped by UPS ground.  Express Delivery is by UPS Next Day Air and arrives in 1-2 business days Monday through Friday.

Hawaii, Alaska Orders will be charged the actual shipping cost of Priority or First Class Mail plus Shipping/Handling fee.
Bird Cages and Playstands will be shipped via lowest priced carrier, shipping charges will be communicated via email after an order has been placed, and customers will have an option to proceed or cancel their order.

* Orders exceeding $100 and weighing less than 8 lbs will be shipped free.

All Orders Exceeding $300.00 will require a signature for delivery. This is to ensure delivery verification.
